Can you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. We’ll evaluate the lot with you first so you know about grading, drainage, utilities and any restrictions before you invest in design.
Do I need my own architect?
Not necessarily. You can bring your own plans or architect, or we can connect you with designers we’ve worked with.
Which areas do you build in?
We build anywhere in metro Atlanta, and most of our custom homes are inside the Perimeter. If you have a lot or a neighborhood in mind, call us and we’ll talk it through.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Yes. Our clients are welcome to walk the site and see their home take shape. We’ll coordinate times so it’s safe and productive.
How do I get started?
