Robert Long Construction provides construction services including but not limited to new builds, renovations, and insurance claim work.

Clients will be invoiced as per the agreed-upon terms. All payments are due within the 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any client without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and other intellectual property associated with our services are the property of Robert Long Construction LLC and may not be used without our explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Robert Long Construction, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein.
